Cybersecurity course for component manufacturers, suppliers, and the supply chain

Cybersecurity course for component manufacturers, suppliers and supply chain

The appearance of a cyber vulnerability at any point in the supply chain can jeopardize the security of a car, motorcycle, bus, truck, van, motorhome, etc.

DESCRIPTION

Regulatory compliance and security in the value chain

The UNECE/R155 Cybersecurity Regulation for Vehicles, mandatory for all new models from July 2024, establishes a rigorous framework to protect the automotive sector against cyberattacks.

This regulation requires manufacturers to implement a CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) that comprehensively covers all phases of the vehicle’s life cycle, from design to scrapping.

What will you learn in this course?

This programme comprehensively addresses the challenges facing the industry, analysing key points such as:

  • The cybersecurity risks that arise in coordination between multiple suppliers.
  • The practical application of UNECE/R155 regulations at each link in the supply chain.
  • The design and implementation of cybersecurity protocols at every stage of the manufacturing process.
